Many people will be looking for ‘face to face’ counselling.  This takes place in the room with the counsellor.

Six sessions may be booked and at the end of this time we review and see how you feel the work is progressing

In some cases telephone counselling is what is needed.

This can take place on a weekly basis by arranging a fixed time to talk.

Email counselling may be right for you. 

This provides flexibility and a different form of interaction between the counsellor and client.
